These systems feature automatic bar feeders, high speed pallet changers, and high speed 25 station tool changers, enabling fast throughput, which translates into fast turnaround times.

Using bar, cast, or molded stock; we have the versatility to fabricate parts from steel, aluminum, brass, copper, stainless, and all types of plastics. Our skilled technicians are able to execute many different machining techniques to produce parts measuring up to 72" x 38" x 24" and turning parts with dimensions of up to 20" OD x 30" long. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified, with a quality program that utilizes automated coordinate measuring machines, optical comparators, surface finish analyzers, and calibrated plug/pin/bore gauges to ensure that we achieve the highest quality standards.
